About Justin Carrol

As President, Justin Carrol provides vision and strategy to P1 Service Group and supports its partner companies in leadership, culture, growth, strategy, alignment, consistency, acquisitions, and more. He also focuses heavily on the company’s alignment with our mission, vision, core values, guiding principles, and culture.

Justin entered the HVAC industry in 1999, immediately after graduating high school. In 2006 he started Perfect Home Services, now one of the largest HVAC & Plumbing companies in the Chicagoland area. Justin has been a Nexstar member since 2007 and spent a bit of time training for Nexstar during his tenure. He loves the career journey he’s been on and can’t imagine ever being in a different industry.

Justin believes in honoring God first. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family. Justin also loves outdoor activities (fishing, skiing, mountain biking, boating, etc.) and going fast (cars, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, etc.)!
