Dan is a second-generation tradesman and Texas Master Plumber with more than 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar home service businesses. He hasn’t just studied the challenges trades owners face. He has lived through the hiring struggles, the profitability battles, and the burnout, and he built his way past all of it.

That journey led him to found Built for the Trades, where he helps owners build self-operating businesses through leadership training, coaching, and mastermind groups. Dan is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and a family man, married 20 years with four kids. He builds every program on a simple principle: faith and family come before business.
